King George Whiting 500g Pack $ per pack
The King George Whiting is an excellent fish for snap freezing. The fillets thaw with great texture and taste and cook up wonderfully well without breaking up like some frozen product. Snap freezing is an important part of the process but how the product is thawed is also very important - we recommend that your fillets are thawed in a refrigerated environment to ensure quality. Once thawed the fillets may be kept refrigerated for up to 4 days in the packaging.
