Our fish are collected from the jetty each evening, rested overnight and then filleted. From our filleting depot on Kangaroo Island they spend the next hour or so getting to Adelaide and then they are dispatched directly to customers. Our fish are sold to retail customers and restaurants all around the world and are renowed for their quality and taste. Eating local has never tasted so good..!
