The fillets in this tray are from Kangaroo Island and snap frozen to maintain the highest quality possible. The top 1kg layer of fish can easily be removed when still frozen by pulling the plastic sheet that is between the layers directly up (vertically). One the 2kg pack has been split they will thaw more quickly or can be re-wrapped to pop straight back into the freezer for later.
Our 2kg pack is how the majority of restaurants in Australia using our product purchase from us.
Excellent health properties - high in Omega 3 (great for the skin), and delivered directly to you on ice.
