Author: Karen from Mitcham This product was so easy to work with - as the shell is cooked I didn't have to worry with the roasting off in the oven etc that most recipes call for and there are nice big chunks of shell which made it easy to strain. Also I found about 1/2 cup of lobster meat in the tray BONUS
Author: Jane thanks for review it made the difference between me trying it and i am glad i did. Ended up with about 8 litres of stock - so make sure you have enough tupperware containers on hand for freezing!
