Lovely product - also known as fresh water crayfish. Easy to cook, quite feisty to deal with so best to keep them in the fridge and on the cold side to maintain calm.
There are plenty of recipes around on the net if you are feeling a little adventurous but most of our Marron fans swear by freshly boiled Marron served with dollops of butter, salt and pepper and not much else.
