Tasmanian Scallops Roe On - Snap Frozen 500g packs. These scallops are excellent quality and very popular. They keep in the freezer for 12 months plus. For a really quick summer evening - cook the scallops in a hot pan in Lemon Pressed Oil with a tablespoon of garlic paste and a tablespoon of ginger paste - some freshly squeezed lemon and cracked pepper over the top and serve with rice. This is a block of scallop meat only - no shells are included.
