The snap freezing techniques used by Ferguson Australia ensure that when thawed, your fillet of fish is as fresh and full of flavour as the day we caught it.
Snap freezing protects the water cells inside the flesh and there should be minimum water run off during the thawing process. These products are best thawed slowly in the refrigerator to maximise quality.
Once thawed the fillets may be kept up to 4 days chilled inside the packaging.
These packs are ideal to travel with as when packed in a Ferguson Australia foam esky they will arrive at your destination up to 16 hours later thawed ready to cook or place in the refrigerator for later.
